Insoluble fibres are divided into three groups: Cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin. Unlike soluble fibre, insoluble fibre increases food passage speed in the intestinal tract due to increased mechanical impact on the intestinal wall and a greater density in the colon.

The quantities are only intended as a guide. You should always adjust the amount of food to suit your dog’s size, age and activity level. The product can be given as a dry food, or it can be mixed with warm water (max 40°C).
When changing pet food brand we recommend to do so gradually over a period of 3 to 8 days.
Remember your dog should have fresh drinking water available at all times.
We recommend that your puppy is introduced to Real Puppy Food from the age of three weeks. Place soaked Real Puppy Food on a tray. The puppy will then run around in the food and naturally start biting and gradually start eating, it. When the puppy is no longer being nursed, Real Puppy Food can be served either dry or soaked in water. It depends on your puppy’s preference.
We recommend feeding Real Puppy Food up until the age of six months. The switch from Real Puppy Food to REAL Dog Maintenance should take place gradually (expect a month’s time) and is best achieved by mixing the two products together.
The pregnant bitch should also be fed Real Puppy Food from the first day of pregnancy until the puppies stop nursing.
